Services
Whatever the project, we build it right the first time.
From full remodels to focused repairs, here’s where New Life Construction & Remodeling can help.
01
Kitchen Remodeling
Our kitchen remodels start with how the space needs to work — for cooking, for gathering, for resale value — before a single cabinet is chosen. We handle layout changes, custom cabinetry, countertops, and finishes, and we keep you in the loop at every stage so there are no surprises on cost or timeline.
02
Bathroom Remodeling
Whether it's a full gut renovation or a focused update to tile, vanities, and fixtures, our bathroom remodels are built to hold up to daily use. We pay close attention to waterproofing and ventilation details that get skipped when a job is rushed.
03
Residential Remodeling
Every home is unique, and we tailor our approach to fit the way you actually live in yours. From structural changes and additions to full interior renovations, we manage the project end to end so you get a finished space that feels intentional, not patched together.
04
Deck Remodeling
Decks in Spokane Valley take a beating from freeze-thaw cycles and heavy snow loads. We build and repair decks with materials and fastening methods chosen for our climate, so your outdoor space holds up season after season.
05
Tile Installation
Tile is unforgiving of sloppy prep work. We level substrates properly, plan layouts before cutting a single piece, and use the right setting materials for the application, from kitchen backsplashes to full bathroom surrounds and flooring.
06
Drywall Installation
Good drywall work is invisible once it's painted — that's the goal. We hang, tape, and finish to a smooth, even surface whether it's a full room addition, a repair after a remodel, or a commercial buildout.
07
Roof Installation
Your roof is your first line of defense against Spokane Valley's weather. Our roof installers work with durable, weather-rated materials and proper flashing and ventilation details to keep water out and your property protected for the long term.
08
Commercial Remodeling
We work with Spokane Valley business owners to renovate retail, office, and hospitality spaces with minimal disruption to daily operations. Clear scheduling and transparent communication mean you know exactly what's happening and when.
What Clients Say
We hired Tom at New Life for a major kitchen remodel. The bid was very reasonable and the timeline was more than acceptable given we had to block stays at our AirBnB to accommodate the construction. We were faced with removing a load bearing wall with a 16 foot span to move the project forward. Tom was not daunted, handling this task efficiently. We were also grateful for Tom’s recommendations for key considerations along the way. He also finished the project on time, as promised. We highly recommend New Life/Tom for his professionalism and his timely communication. He did what he said he would, when he said he would, exceeding our expectations throughout the process.
